| The goal of this website is to keep Harris Park Estates residents, property owners, and prospective new members of the Community informed of the latest news, goals and events within our Community, the wonderful place we all live in or visit. |

| The Board of Directors of the HPMD monthly meeting is the 2nd Saturday of every month at the Harris Park Community Center, 2154 Shelton Drive. The meeting starts at 9:30a.m. | |||

| The District's resources are overseen by a publicly-elected Board of Directors, consisting of five citizens who own property or reside within the District’s boundaries. | |||
The Purpose of the District |

| The District was formed in July 1960 under the Colorado Special District Act. The District serves Units 1 through 9 of the Harris Park Estates Subdivision, Park County, Colorado. | |||
Description of Facilities and Services |

| Specifically, the District will continue to maintain its water rights and water structures within its boundaries and to provide water for use by the residents and property owners of Harris Park Estates. | |||
| The District also will continue to provide recreational services pursuant to its Amended Service Plan. Specifically, the District will continue to provide fishing, equestrian facilities, a playground, operation of a community center and Community/Children events/activities as well as manage the District’s open spaces. Upon receipt of additional revenue, the District will commence providing road maintenance services of the Park County roads, including snow plowing, within its boundaries. | |||
How Things are Funded |

| The District collects real estate taxes for the Water & Sanitation operations. It collects Community Fees, Fishing Fees and Corral Fees for the recreational operations. | |||
